Take a pause at the end of your week to treat yourself to a relaxing and grounding self care session with Kristi Nori Nakayama of Nori Reiki. In this Introduction to Reiki event, Kristi will first answer all of your questions regarding Reiki: what energy healing is, what private sessions look like, and what benefits Reiki and guided meditations impart on your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being (yes all of the above!!).
After the intro and Q&A session, you’ll be invited to get comfy, close your eyes and open your heart and mind as Kristi will lead you on a ~30 min. guided meditation + distant Reiki healing session. So even if you’re a Reiki veteran, you’re invited to join to take advantage of an afternoon of restoration and relaxation.
