The Mind-Body REset (Reiki Energy) Course
8-week Virtual & Remote Healing Course
The process of self-healing is the privilege of every being…[it] is a genuine process of the relationship between the physical and the infinite power of the soul. -Harbhajan Singh Yogi
Every person is born with the innate ability to heal. In fact, our bodies are born as perfect self-healing vessels but through life experiences, interactions with others, trauma and what we put into our bodies, that miraculous self-healing process can become impeded or blocked.
Kristi’s packaged decades of learnings, holistic techniques and master-level Reiki training to deliver an 8-week course to provide the roadmap to long-awaited breakthroughs in your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. Whether you’re feeling stuck in relationships, your career or suffering through the pain of using a happy face to cover anxiety, depression and exhaustion, this course will give you practical and powerful techniques to discover where you’re stuck and how to open energetic, mental and spiritual blockages so you can live powerfully and authentically in love with the life you create.
Through teaching the science behind how childhood experiences and traumas affect the way your genes express themselves (called epigenetics), clients learn about the mind-body, mind-gut connection and the role holistic healing techniques, including self-Reiki, has on restoring the body’s natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki For Everyday Health
Non-practitioner, Self-Reiki class
Reiki for Adolescent Trauma Treatment
Everyday stress management is hard to do, especially with the demands of managing work-life balance in this new, “on video”, remote world. Reiki self-treatments are a powerful tool to add to your holistic self-care routine to reduce stress, anxiety, depression and help boost your immune system and your overall physical, emotional and spiritual health.
Reiki for Everyday Health is a condensed 4-hour, non-practitioner’s Reiki class on how to administer self-Reiki treatments or treat your family and friends. [Practitioner based Reiki classes are typically 2-3 days at a much higher cost - to start your own Reiki practice].
In this class you’ll learn about the many health benefits of treating yourself everyday (even if for just a few minutes), including stress and anxiety reduction, better sleep and digestion, and an increase in self confidence and the presence of love in your life: love within and love for those around you.
When your sleep is improved, you’re less anxious and feel overall better about yourself, you’ll see an improvement in concentration, as well as improvement in your work and personal relationships. Reiki also helps to work against performance anxiety, calming your parasympathetic nervous system (aka your body’s fight or flight physical reaction).
As your daily practice continues and grows you may also notice a strengthening of your overall awareness and intuition, as well as the connection your mind, thoughts and mental health have on your physical health.
In this class you’ll learn:
The history of Reiki in Japan and how it was brought to the west via Hawaii.
What Reiki energy is and how it works to relax and heal the body and mind.
Different hand positions will be reviewed as well as a technique on how to get more in-tune with your body to learn instinctively where to direct the Reiki energy.
Different Reiki techniques and practice self-Reiki in class.
How to practice “safe Reiki” or “safe touch” when treating others.
In addition, you’ll receive a Reiki attunement or “placement” in which you’ll have access to Reiki energy for the rest of your life!
**This class has a 6-person maximum for virtual classes and 10-person max for in-person. Inquire in the above email form for the next class dates.
Class Fee: $250/person

Tailored Wellness Programs
Nori Reiki can tailor a program for your corporations Wellness Program needs. In addition to regularly scheduled “Reiki Days”, inquire about adding “Yoga for Health” and “Meditation for the Type A” offerings for your employees.
Yoga for Health is unlike most western yoga exercises available in hour long class or online format, that focuses on yoga for exercise. Yoga for Health is designed to teach executives and employees about poses to fight stress, rebalance the nervous and endocrine system and includes poses important for those sitting in front of a computer for many hours at a time. Yoga for Health also recommends an easy pre-work, morning routine to get the day started on a powerful and productive foot (pun intended!), including poses that stimulate the pineal nerve, regulating melatonin release for better sleep cycles.
Meditation for the Type A is a class written to help the driven and busy “A-Type” personalities that don’t resonate with the sitting-on-a -mountain-top type of meditation. This meditation technique, focused on beginning with short yet effective meditation exercises, can develop and grow into a dedicated daily routine, for those who find themselves “too busy” to meditate. Watch the introduction to Meditation for the Type A below for a peek into useful techniques you’ll learn in this class to help you reframe what “successful meditation” should look like as you’re getting started on your meditation journey.
